Why was your training inconsistent? Why would you let a woman dictate your schedule? It's completely your fault if she interferes with your training. Also her behaviour is your fault. You have to teach her options so she can act right.

lol...you shouldn't do it immediately. I used to make this mistake. Have sex, get the rag and clean up, then right to work on my laptop or watching the Laker game. Cuddle/caress for at least 5 minutes then go to the gym.

I know people here say soft next but I wouldn't necessarily do that much immediately. She has no business stopping you doing your thing, and if she thinks she does then you have to show her that she hasn't. Don't tell her. Show her. Just give her a look while you get up and dress, pretend like she isn't being a bitch (even if she gets passive aggressive or whatever now) and do what you'd do if she wasn't being a bitch when leaving and going to the gym.

Every time she repeats it just show her less affection, drop it gradually until you soft next her. You'll figure that if she's worth having in your life and can respect you, she'll stop being a bitch when you do what you love and accept that you do things your way. If not, good riddance.
