You get confidence from success and experience. I got confident from working out and getting abs. Once I got abs, I just started talking to women like I was on their level basically. So many men that struggle with women usually have low self esteem. Do something that makes you puff your chest out, whether it's getting jacked, getting rich, earning an award, whatever it is.
One question that I like to ask men who have trouble dating is "Why should she choose you over all of the other men out there?" and usually, they can't come up with any good response. They come back with the shit response like "She should like me for me". Too many guys are scared to do something with their life because they think that if they become successful and get women, they'll be sad that the women just want them for their success. Like dude, what kind of hypocrisy is that, you want the woman because she's beautiful. You're not going to date that obese woman just because she's got a 10/10 personality.
Women want a successful man, they're not going to go for the dude that's willing to settle with his shit attributes. If you want to stay overweight and broke, she's not going to see a future with you.
