Yoo as a busy guy who also likes to party and meet girls, I've come to a block that I think many met before:

Sometimes I feel like shit and I'm not in the mood to "do the work" to meet people.

Because even if it's not work, that's just how it feels. When we aren't in the mood, we gotta force ourselves.

So I found a way to trick our brain and basically bypass how bad it feels to be sociable when we're not in the mood.

You want to do 3 things:

- Forget about any kind of outcome (don't try to get a girl, don't focus on being liked, etc)

- Go up to people for any reason and start talking

- Repeat until that social momentum takes over your bad mood (usually happens after saying hi to 5 or 6 peeps).
