You need to be fun and high energy in clubs, so the opposite of what you are. There really isn’t a trick other than to just be naturally extroverted.

If you are not extroverted like that, then just accept that some places are not meant for your game. Because trying to put a facade will just take all your energy rather quickly and you won’t really feel it’s worth all that effort.

It’s better you focus on finding places where you feel comfortable being you. Nightclubs aren’t for everyone, certainly not for calm people.

Fortunately you don’t need to meet girls in nightclubs, you can approach in places that are more suitable for your vibe like parks, beaches, coffee shops, malls and doing it during the day
