I've got a technique called the noob. I essentially ask stuff like:

Oh, what exercise is that?

Can you show me how it's done?

I noticed you do x (e.g tuck shoulders in) on the exercise? Why is that?

This is all great advice, except for people that want to actually look good instead of yet another mediocre gym goer because soon enough you will be wasting A LOT of time talking to all your acquaintances every time you go to the gym. Id rather go lift, get a Chad body and get girls elsewhere.

These are actually really good tips and also eye contact! If you catch her looking at you, she may be more receptive to being approached (while still following the rules above). Also, just be genuine. If you’re just trying to fuck, we can sense it
