All of it. Scrap it and start new. I can tell right away that you don't have any success on the apps so you need to take drastic actions But before you do this, I want you to take the following action.
Make an appointment at an expensive hair salon preferably one which employs attractive young women and ask them to give you the type of haircut they would give their boyfriend. You need to spend at least $50-60 on your haircut. Also ask them for styling product suggestions.
After you are done with this, ask an attractive female friend of yours (no family members though) to spend a few hours shopping with you helping you pick out clothes. Again ask them to pick the type of clothes they would pick for their boyfriend. If you don't have female friends willing to do this, go to some department stores and ask the female clerks if they can make a few suggestions for you. If they ask what you are looking for, tell them that anything they'd pick for their boyfriend will be okay.
You want women giving you suggestions who can see you as a sexual being, which is why asking your mom to shop clothes for you won't work.
Once you have your haircut and a few outfits ready, you need to take helluva better pictures. Spend the next week or two going out as much as possible and ask your buddies to take photos of you. Try taking photos doing something fun, like going out to a bar, bbqing, playing touch football, whatever.
When you have this, post all photos here and we will help you select the best.

I find people who are hesitant to spend money on themselves to have self esteem issues. Basically you are sending the message that you are not worth it to dress well or look good. Think about what this tells women?

I’ll be brutally honest about what I’ve seen in the pics: you’re average looking, but the pics make you look way below.
choose clothes that fit AND curate details (no belt in the first pic?!). Pick a style that makes you somewhat unique. Wearing average random clothes won’t make you stand from the crowd
choose an hair/beard style, one that gives you “points” and makes others think you care about your grooming
you have a good smile, but your posture screams insecurity. Maybe some gym might help a bit
you look lonely, nice backgrounds but it looks like they were shot by a family member
Once you curated the look, take better pics, delete your account for 3-6 months (or register a new account with a new phone number) then use some service like photofeeler to get better feedbacks, then act accordingly.
