Being an alpha does not mean you have to fight with other alphas. If you have something to deal with others, be it of monetary, social or learning value, you'll get people to be around you. This is good, as long as the scale isn't too weighted on either side. If you have a friend who is nothing but a leech on your wallet, and is not contributing to anything of your value, he isn't your friend. Now, if he is a very efficient wingman, a co-worker with access to the upper management which has proven that can get a boost to your career, or simply someone who has the patience to teach you a trick or two in a set of skills, then only you and yourself can determine how those things weight towards the expenditure of your own resources to him.

TRP philosophy extends past females - men, like women, have needs and you're expected to follow through with them.

You still should be alpha, and confident especially around other men, or you'll never get any respect, but with men you should give them the same respect in return, and treat them like your brother. If they're vulnerable then don't bullshit them, give him the redpill philosophy and go get a beer with him or something, because if he wanted a tit to suck on he wouldn't be coming to you to begin with.

Clearly define your needs like you would to any women, and if he conflicts with your needs such as fucking with you then call him on it - if he continues to do so then drop the friendship, and show him the door forcibly or not. It's all about respect, and no man can be an alpha without it.

When you find or have really good friends, they're like your family. And you treat them like they are.

You need to push women's boundaries and neg them because they don't know what they want themselves. But men have a set of rules for a reason. When a buddy tells you to stop, because he doesn't like it, you better stop.

Men exchange respect. Respect is not only letting him exist and do what he wants, but it means to not fuck with them, but have fun with them. They make a joke that you find funny, an idea that you find clever, you spin that idea even further in a conversation. This is how memorable ideas between male friends are produced and it makes so much fun.

I for myself do a lot of favors for my family and thus to my good friends. You don't spend more time with anyone else and these persons should be the ones you can speak about everything with. No one knows you better and supports you in any action you do like they do. And you return that favor. You put them first after yourself, see Bro before hoe. You just do things for them because you like them that much. It creates a positive loop and makes unpleasant situations impossible.

This is why I think (the classic understanding of) love only exists between men. You cheer for them because of what they are, you celebrate with them whatever they celebrate and vice versa. Men boost each other and help each other, that's what makes men men.
