So, the manager of my floor is really crazy. Other managers are calm and nice. This dude is ugly af, also married and drinks a lot. Also he has mental problems for sure. So, before I had a problem with him because he was shouting at me constantely, so I reported his behaviour to 3 instances, and they had a conversation with him and he said he will never do it again. But yesterday, 2 months later from this convo he did it again. Also first he almost made my coworker cry shouting at him. Then he decided to shout at me too. I reported his behaviour to my direct boss, but he said he cannot do anything now. Should I report him to other 2 instances as well? Work is very important for me now so I cannot change it right now.
