You can’t unless you force yourself to do it.

Self amusement, game yourself. Make it a fun experience where you know its a little crazy and just have fun with it. Look at it as therapy where you are learning how to laugh at yourself.
I've heard of guys do missions where they walk up to girls and make it awkward on purpose. "Hi, I don't know what to say because I don't ever approach. What's your name?" Its an approach anxiety destroyer.
Most of those are advanced though. Someone else had said just talk to everyone, and that is probably the best bet. Get momentum, get out of your head. Just know there are multiple tools you have to work with.

It's only until the pain of not doing something far outweighs the pain of doing it will you actually do it.
You need more negative anchors associated to your inability to approach.

I tell myself I’m just going to talk to her and see what happens . Sometimes I get nervous and think things might not go well, so I tell myself it’s probably not going to go well but I’m a just talk to her till it doesn’t takes pressure off of me because it’s like I’m afraid to fail but if I accept it it’s like I got nothing to lose really, plus if it does ho well it’s makes it feel a lot better when it does

Just start chatting up strangers, male or female. Ask the cute clerk at the store how her day's going. Keep doing that but then add a little bit more to the conversation, talk about something interesting you just saw that day or heard about. Keep doing that. Now, add some complimenting to your day. Start trying to notice interesting details about people whether it's their hair, smile, clothing, eyes, etc. and compliment them on it!
You need practice just talking with cute girls in general, so start talking with people and get just a tad bit more engaging as you start feeling more comfortable. This probably all sounds lame but it took me a long time to get over my social anxiety but I did it!
