Not here to judge your approaches, but I had to comment on this:

Phen is a legal "supplement/nootropic" that is really an anti-anxiety drug (...) It is basically a healthier alternative to drinking

Welp it's not clear that it's "healthier" than drinking. One could argue that low-mild doses of alcohol have less side effects than low-mild doses of phen.

Also overall there is way less safety data for phen compared to the data available for alcohol. Specially regarding long-term use.

My very first gf was at 18 and was a very damaged/low value woman.
