I'm trying to wrap my mind around antifragility. This is my take on it. Please share your view on the subject.

Fundamentally, what likes volatility is antifragile.

Spinning plates is antifragile. Fapping is robust. LTR is fragile. Marriage is hyperfragile. Oneitis off the scale.

Taxi driver is antifragile. Hobo is robust. 9-5 is fragile.

Alpha is the ability to walk away on a moment's notice. Therefore, one should aim to have low [emotional/financial] investments that yield the highest possible returns.
