I am going to visit the states for the first in September for 3 weeks for the first with my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I am going to be in San Diego most of the time and for 4 days in Los Angeles. Although it is mainly a family vacation I will also have plenty of me time for myself.

I am considering hitten a club or bar for 2 evenings on my own to try improve my game.

Now I have a question to the PUAs that where active internally in Europe and the US.

I asume that western culture is western culture and clubbing should be very similar to the clubbing here in my home turf Austria.

But did you guys notice some differences between the US and Europe that would be good or a newbie to know?

is it true for example that it is very dangerous to deal with drunk girls because of the danger of getting sued in case a f*ck close happens.

Here in Austria a drunk one night stand is a mixed back with some dangers as well but never heard of a trial because of that . Most the time it is just seen as drunk story a mistake.

But in the English speaking world I have read about stories where some guys were almost ruined by such things.

Disclaimer: I am still a novice in picking up and I do not think I will be the master of it by September. I am also not approaching in order to get to that type of close. I just approach for the sake of approaching. Just for talking and getting used to talk to as many women as possible.

But for the unlikely case I would run into slighly drunk women that wants me It would be good to know if I should let nature takes it course or if it would be better to run.

The American club culture is really confusing. On the other hand it seems that hook ups happen frequently in the US cub and bar scene but on the other hand it seems guys ore with one foot in the jail if they do these hook ups.
