How long is your exam season? Let her know that you both are tired of studying, find one free day or night , initiate a date and just bang her at the end. Then she might be locked at least till your exam season is over

I think being patient and keeping things simple and sweet on text is enough; maybe the occasional phone call to keep it alive. Attraction will not die as long as you keep her engaged via messaging and convey in a chill way you wont be seeing each other because of exams.
