This girl I don't know keeps saying hello to me every time we walk past each other, even if I didnt spot her yet or was about to pass her without noticing. She only does this to me and is showing other signs of interest. However, when I try to talk to her she always seems to be in a rush to get somewhere else.

Am I reading into it too much, does this not mean anything? If she's interested why does she rarely stop to have a conversation. This is all too confusing to me...
