I’ve been doing things like chewing a lot of gum for a few hours each day, mewing, basic looksmaxing. I’m 17 so I’m hoping I can still change some bone structure for the better while bringing down my body fat from just under 25%. I have an oval face.

When do girls actually start to notice you? Is it the physique? How much do the facial aesthetics matter?
