I am a "touchy" guy and i touch people. I doubt there was any reason behind that touch, but you could simply point out that the way he touched you was very explicit and if he knows you're gay.

Well that’s the thing most of the time touchy guys I’ve noticed will change the behaviour to not give the wrong impression to gay guys but he didn’t. Tbh I didn’t even think about it but then afterwards other people mentioned they thought he was

like i said, if the touchy guys change their behaviour without, then they're not touchy guys, they are actively deciding to and when to touch (women). a touchy guy doesnt pay attention to touches, its almost a reflex that happens while speaking.
again, just confront him about it.

I had a coworker who heard some malicious lie that I was gay(I'm straight) he did the same to me among other vile treatment that I regret not knocking him out for and my brain not registering. He could have done it to treat you like a subordinate male, youknowwhat etc, never be just gullible and unreactive to someone's transgressions. If he's clearly straight why would he do that? Would he do that to a female and risk it? Unless you are sure and he's interested, it's probably the former then the latter sorry to say but people are vile.

I’m straight, i have gay friends i regularly compliment and sexually touch in a jokey way. we are on the same page w/ this stuff tho coz we regularly talk about eachothers relationships etc. i think you should have an open conversation w/ him. orrr you could slap his ass back, if he appears uncomfortable just tell him you were joking. if he’s anything like me he’ll just laugh or make some comedic remark. If he isn’t, and he’s gay, i think you’d find out pretty quickly hey. idk tho, if you think he’d take offense, definitely don’t! i don’t want you catching a case
