Setting up a date in a needy way would be asking her what she wants to do and when she wants to do it, showing up with flowers, taking her somewhere you pay for you both to get in, her saying she likes something and you buying it for her, in generally you not making sure she gives to you AT LEAST as much as you give out.

The best ones give to you constantly and require nothing from you in return, everything less than that is more typical ranging from constantly expecting beta bucks to offering to pay more often than not.

Figure out which she is EXPECTING you to be, and just be yourself regardless. I've had plenty of women tell me "wow most guys pay for me _____" and I chuckle and reply "Not me"

"Most guys talk talking to other women when they start seeing me" "I'm not ending friendships for anyone, ever."

"I don't usually <date, fuck, like> guys that are <short, hairy back, wear glasses, don't lift, have a lisp etc>" "I guess I'm special" laugh and roll my eyes
