You can shoot your shot and ask to meet up again, but I wouldn’t say “are you going to follow me back?” or anything desperate sounding like that. These girls are active on social media and know what they’re doing. If she doesn’t respond or is wishy washy then unfollow and move on with your life.

She probably regret talking to you the moment you left / the day after, so it doesn't matter whether you got her ig or not. (That's how it works in club's, thus u have to do the close there and get physical)
