It’s a generic rejection and could mean almost anything. You are right that you are probably doing something wrong if it happens consistently. You actually don’t have to “do” that much on a first date to make it successful, it is more about what not to do. I could give you a list, but it’s long and again it could be literally anything.
It doesn’t hurt to ask for honest feedback; it will often be a waste of time but you might do better if you make it clear there are no hard feelings and you really just want honest feedback because you’re trying to improve as a man. Of course don’t be persistent and don’t push it, if you don’t get an answer the first time stop wasting your time and hers.
Yes it is beta as fuck to do this, but if the girl’s already not going to have sex with you, who gives a shit? Not giving a shit is good, and one of the most attractive non physical qualities you can develop as a man.
Edit: I can’t tell if the last couple paragraphs (or first couple, or the entire thing) are what you actually texted her because there are no quotation marks or context but if so, it’s too long and rambly and shows you give too much of a shit. Be more concise, and less outcome dependant.
