Seduction needs to happen in person not over DMs specially not for 2 weeks.

No, you only show that you care if she is already your girlfriend. She is not, so you don’t need to do that at all, it just makes you look needy. She got the text, and if she ain’t relying it’s because she don’t want to, not because you haven’t reminded her of your previous text.

Also, how do I flirt with her in a way that does not make it seem obvious that I want to be in a relationship with her?

Flirting is always about making it obvious that you are attracted to her. If it’s not obvious it’s not flirting.

Having said that, being attracted and wanting a relationship isn’t the same thing. You flirt by telling her you find her cute, and behaving as someone who is attracted to her in a similar way to how fat kid would behave when looking at an ice cream. Flirting is done in person face tocface in her presence not over a screen.

You spend way too much talking over dms and too little in person. Over texting leads to the friendzone and makes you look beta the more you text.
