How many women have you talked to in the past month outside of work?
If you're anything like most rookies, you're fixating on this woman because you don't know how to find the ones that aren't forced into your daily life by circumstances.
That's not a good place to be. Even if we give you a magic spell to win her over, the most likely scenario is that you end up in a mediocre relationship with steadily growing resentment because you don't have enough dating experience to know what you want in a partner.
