1 tip on hitting on/asking a woman out when she is at work is DON'T DO IT unless you are 100% she is into you. Hell, even then let her make the first move.

Remember she is at work and HAS TO BE NICE/FRIENDLY TO THE CUSTOMERS. I'm not saying this to be a dick, just trying to save you some embarrassment and her some awkwardness. If you choose to ignore this advice, take your best shot and if you get shot down, take the L and move on.

There is no right and wrong. Just say Hi then try again, and again and again. No amount of how to's and advice will help if you don't set the cornerstone and foundation of doing it. The more often you do it the more better you know what fits you. Same with workout routines. Do it and you'll learn in the process. Just saying "Hi" or getting x amount of endless advice is both as hard as the other. Just do it.

Make small talk when she isn't busy with work (otherwise she'll be super uncomfortable).
