I can never seem to approach girls at a moment’s notice, even if they’re giving ioi’s.

This means if me and a girl are both walking past each other in the store, street, etc. I can’t seem to act on it.

I can only do it if I take the time to calibrate myself and the situation like if I spot her just hanging out somewhere (bar, restaurant, looking at shit in the store, etc.)
