End of the day you just have to ACT, dude. And get to the point where these feelings of regret and remorse and missed opportunities are far more painful than the discomfort of pushing through your anxiety and inexperience in the moment. Maybe you're not there yet. No knock. It took quite a few fails like this before I finally decided to just ACT. There's no "perfect moment." That's a lie. With all the cues you got, it's as simple as moving in and kissing her, dude. It's as simple as asking to use her bathroom at the end of the date, and walking inside. But the only way to change your mind about yourself and rewrite your story is through action. Then the feelings follow. But not before. It never works that way. Nor should it.

I know I need to act more and talk less. If I did that I wouldn’t have missed out on so many opportunities in the past… I’m gonna call this girl tomorrow and try again, explain to her how i was just nervous and would like to try again. If she says yes then I’ll definitely go for it. If no then it’s alright just onto the next one…

I would say forget both of those girl, or at least for a while. Everyone wants what they cannot have, you texting and seeing them at work make it easy to get bored of you no matter how good looking. You need to keep a mysterious edge, make them come to you. If you truly are good looking, then you are already in. All you have to do is read her, what is she asking for? What is in her body language? You need to try to cater to her as a unique person, and she will in turn seduce you.

No. No more talking. Just ask her out confidently without the confessions and deprecation. You just need to act. It's possibly done with this one. Maybe something will get popping down the line. But the more important thing is to learn from your mistakes and try again with another girl.

You're hot but you're too shy and unconfident. Women tend to like more of a dominant confident sexually aggressive man not 'can i kiss you?' 'did you want me to come inside?' that's so beta. You need to be more aggressive with asking her out properly..maybe somewhere with an overnight stay.
