General kino advice is so bad.

Touching doesn't maker her excited. It's a force multiplier. It increases whatever you are feeling for that person.

Kino will not all of a sudden make a girl like you. If the girl is not feeling you and you touch her, her feeling of dislike will be multiplied. All the horror stories of women feeling very uncomfortable are from men who think simply "kinoing" will seduce a girl. It won't.

You touch a girl when the moment feels right and she looks like she is vibing with you. If you are having fun, some incidental touch is good. A handshake from a completely stranger means absolutely nothing unless the girl is a fucking nun and hasn't touched a person in 20 years. A high five with no context is meaningless.

It's the emotion that leads up to the touch that is most important. The touch simply solidifies the emotional state in their mind with a stronger stimulus. Most importantly, weigh the entire situation. Be an actual person who thinks critically instead of some robot who thinks touching is some sort of magic formula to get laid.
