Female of what species? Every species has females in it

Well the only species that can answer your question is the human species and a female human is called a women. Don’t call women females, we are more than our sex

Take it easy, she wasn’t trying to offend anybody and female is very much correct. Sure, it doesn’t sound as nice a woman but it’s still fine to say - besides, I doubt that any other known species would be able to coherently answer that question to the wished extend at the moment
[–]ur_notmytype 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
People give men enough respect to not call them by their sex, women should get the same
[–]EvadingTaxes 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Do you know how many times I have read male somewhere?
It makes no difference whether male or man/female or woman is used as long as there is enough context given. Being called male or female has nothing to do with respect, it literally is the scientifically correct description

Ofc it’s has something to do with respect if you look at history women always got the short end of the stick and what are the odds that more people call women by their sex vs men. Idk if you notice but when peope describe men they hardly say males, it’s always men but when people describe women it’s always female. It’s not right
