Outside of football and basketball players, fraternities have the best social lives in college.
Great social life = more social events, more parties, more women, more visibility
You meet women largely by association, which lessens the need to cold approach as much on campus. You still have to know how to move, but joining a frat puts the pieces on the board for you.

Just puts you in a position to meet way more girls that are most likely more willing to do stuff. You still gotta put the rest together.

Yes.
They have the best social lives in college. Be careful while in them though, they tend to create drunks.
