It's easy, back off and try again, be persistent without being pushy. I think it's like a last test to see that you are truly that confident and not just an act. Also, always take off your shirt before or right after you take off hers. it does 2 things. One it levels the playing field ( imagine if she is naked and you are fully clothed, she is much more vulnerable ) and 2 it gives the message you are ready for more.
