Depends, what’s your goal? Are you trying to sleep with her, or do you genuinely just want to hangout and watch the movie.
If it was me, I would take “movie” as a signal and try to escalate things.
Go over and pick whatever Netflix show (something funny or a romcom are good choices, avoid scary). Chat a bit, but don’t get super into the movie. Otherwise you will waste 2 hours.
A few minutes into it, I would ask if we can “cuddle” while watching the movie. If your hesitant, don’t be. Grow a pair and make a move.
I like laying on a girls lap, or holding her if the couch is bing enough. Then I would rest my hand on her leg and slowly move it up. Give her time to get into it.
Eventually I would just look at her, and ask if I can have a kiss. If she agrees, that should get you all the way there. If she declines then time to reassess and see what went wrong.
