Well don't ask her questions that are frequently asked during interviews. I mean I'd probably ask you the same if you asked me what's my favorite pizza topping or whatever. And if you're really dying to know what her favorite pizza topping is, then be prepared for "Is this an interview" . I'd probably answer "No it's a quiz... If you answer all questions correctly you win this dick"

Tell them to share something.

Example "Tell me about your favorite vacation".
