I wouldn’t worry too much about the age and ethnicity difference, but you’ll have to exert confidence in yourself given those factors. If your overly aware of the age gap and treat her like she’s older, she’ll sense it and lose attraction so just treat her like a girl your age and own that you are a man who knows how to lead and take control. Don’t ask what she wants to do, come up with a good plan and tell her that’s what your doing (be adaptable obviously). Use whatever your strengths are and make them clear without being cocky (eg if your smart, talk about your interests with genuine passion, If your sporty talk about that). Be aware that as the guy you’ll have to make most of the conversation. Work, hobbies, friends, family and common interests are good first date topics. Don’t adopt the frame that you are a guy trying to get her attraction. Instead, have the frame that you are a guy who wants to have a good time together and who wants to get to know her to see if your compatible. Is your goal sex or a relationship? That will impact things too.
