Well, the reason you are insecure is because deep down you still seek approval from others in order to feel good about yourself.

That’s the reason why getting big in the gym doesn’t do enough because the by getting big you still hope that girls will approve you, you hope the body will impress them, and surely it does to some extent, it can give you a little bit of confidence when some girls react better to your approaches by that confidence is still external and if you are just sitting there waiting for them to approach you because of your body and they don’t you will still feel insecure.

Girls don’t tend to approach even if they like the guy, so while they may be attracted to you in secret, you still will feel insecure because you are not getting that direct obvious approval you are seeking from them.

To get confident you must learn that approval must come from within, you are the one who needs to approve yourself, you are the one who has to think highly of yourself, your accomplishments, your achievements,… etc

Everyone has a perception of themselves, how they see themselves and how they judge themselves.

Those judgments they make about who they are and what they’ve done in their lives, is what can make them insecure or confident.

Getting big won’t matter if deep down you still think you suck, if you think girls should not really be interested in someone like you, if you think the person you are is unworthy of love,…

It’s all about how you are yourself, and how you judge it.

Do you beat yourself down for your failures, or do you choose to look at the positive things of those failures and how you have learned from them or can learn in the future?

Do you accept yourself with both your flaws and virtues, or not? Are you ashamed of those flaws and wish to hide them? Or do you accept that they are there and be ok with them when people noticed it?
