I was definitely acting a little clingy but I can’t tell if it’s because of the extended period of not having sex or if it’s because I’ve gotten clingy since my last relationship.
I mean for 2 years you didn't have any female intimacy/energy/sex, and then a cute girl gives you all of it. Yeah of course it makes sense. Especially if you were just in serial relationships up until that point to (a string of long term girlfriends).
As far as she goes... Well if you enjoy seeing her, just keep trying to see her. But DON'T put pressure or expectations on her. Especially don't expect too much from a 22 year old (seriously you were a flaky moron at 22 more than likely).
So anyway you pulled the 22 girl from somewhere (a bar/party), do what you did again.

It’s just been 1 long term relationship. But that’s definitely what’s going on in my head. Kinda learning how to date again.
Any recommendations on how to approach seeing her? I feel like she kind of caught on to some clinginess, so I feel like I’d have to attract her all over again. I was thinking of cutting ties until she initiates but I don’t think she will honestly
But yeah I’ll definitely be trying to meet other girls in the meantime.

Yeah it's going to be tough on you emotionally for a bit I think. Though I believe in the idea that you can't control your emotions, but you control your actions.
So she might have, but she's also 22 and probably not very reliable. So I'd ping her again, see what's going on, pitch a meet. You'll find out where you're at when you try to get together with her again. The best thing is to not project expectations onto her, just enjoy for whatever it is.
