Sounds like she's not into you. If a girl is neutral towards you it's a hell of a lot of work to turn it around. You're better off talking to girls who are actually attracted to you in the first place. Much easier gaming girls who are a "fuck yes" towards you than attempting to game a girl who gives you one word responses and shows no signs of attraction. Only way to know for sure is to ask her to hang out, if she says no then there's your answer, then move on

When a woman isn't feeling it, no level of flirting is going to make it happen. I'd work to fully accept the situation and just be yourself. Give up trying 100% and leave her alone. Chances are she will respect you more, and be more at ease. This won't make her want you, but it's good to practice this flow regardless. She doesn't exist in a vacuum. She talks to people, and people can see you. Become someone who can allow women to feel at ease and not invaded. This prob won't win her over but it'll make you a way more attractive person in general.
