Right looks like he's never grown a pube in his life. Left depending on what's under the hat can be good looking if he learns to dress and cleans up his beard, it's too scruffy and needs to be thinner at the cheeks/back of jaw. Make the beard no more than a 3.5 shave max.

Maybe not ugly but not attractive either. Just looks like a teenager i dont know if he (you) are a teen but as im in my 20s girls that aren't teenagers don't like guys that look like teenagers

Guy on the right will probably be the better looking one when he's older, but right now he looks super young. Guy on the left looks a lot more mature and should have fewer issues stemming from looks.

Girls are less likely to dismiss him for looking young, or over his looks in general. Grooming and dress, maybe, but nothing that's out of his control.
