If you like her then be straight and go for it. It will suck if your turned down but wasting time on someone while your worrying whether she likes you or not is a massive waste of your time.
Another thing, if she’s chatting with another guy that’s not a good sign so I would act fast if I was you. That doesn’t mean write her poetry or confess your undying love in a message. Just meet up and bring things up with her.

Hate to break it to you mate but you sound like a back up plan.
You are worth so much more than that. Deal with someone who doesn’t play games. Sounds to me she’s keeping you there just in case OR your in the friend zone.
You need to nip this in the bud because it’s not good for your mental health. Too much emotional energy is being consumed right now when all you need to do is be straight with her when you meet next.
