Best way to have sex more frequently, is to choose a woman who likes to have sex more frequently. Everyone has an innate natural sex drive. Some have a high sex drive, some have a low sex drive. Unless there is some barrier blocking someone's sex drive (like trauma, sexual shame, medication, health issues, relationship issues, trust issues, work stress, children in the bedroom etc.) then there's not much to be done about the frequency someone wants to have sex. Spend occasional periods away from each other. That means where you don’t talk to her (call, text, in person) for a week or two. Don’t give her a reason why you disappeared, just tell you had some things to take care of. When she keeps insisting to know why you disappeared, change the topic and tell her you’ve got something special planned for her that week and that you’ll send the details later.

Book a 2 nights at a hotel, send her the address on the day you’re supposed to meet up.
