I'd personally just ghost but if you want to respond, you could say:

"Dang, I was looking for something to do this weekend. Oh well, hit me up when you're free."

And don't communicate to her unless it's about scheduling a date. These kinda girls are finicky and I would expect them to flake.

I'm busy, just never respond remember your to busy also. Everyone is busy if your important they I'll make time. I've had people in other countries on their honeymoon respond to messages I have sent. No one is that busy it's bullshit.

Odds are that is going nowhere but keep her on the line for one more cycle. If she gives you the same bullshit a few weeks later then give up and move on. Stranger things have happened and I have scored an HB8 that I literally had to wait years for but you can't obsess.
