I wouldn't ask her out. I would keep a flirtatious text/sext relationship until you get to know her better. People always think they need to ask a chick out on a formal date. NO. That puts pressure on girls!

However...I think it would be cool to text her on another Saturday night when you're out at a bar or club and take initiative again and ask her to meet you there. Thats MUCH less formal than a "date"
