Okay so, first off, great move by not accepting the 'friend request' lol. Reddit is amazing. You CLEARLY have her interest. She's making moves like asking you out and other stuff you mentioned.

Now about you making your move, just be yourself for the first few moments of your date. Talk normally, ask about her. Definately ask about her. Listen to what she's saying. Ask follow-up questions and make facial expressions obvious that your are interested in the said topic. Don't give opinions on it unless asked, just listen and give remarks.

You should first break the touch barrier. By break I dont mean to make her uncomfortable, just when walking, put your hand on her shoulder and guide her maybe in front of you or something like that. No need to be too touchy we don't wanna come across as creeps.

Its upto you now where you want to take her. Maybe a park, or somewhere else where the vibe is mellow and sweet. No hustle of the city and honkings.

Now if you guys decide to sit on a bench in a park, just put your hand on her shoulder. I don't know how to say it but just don't make it a dead hand resting on her shoulder, pull her juuuust a bit closer to you so that she feels it but it's not too obvious or caress it with your thumb subtly. The chemistry would be there if you guys are in close proximity.

When the mood is set, comment on how her hair looks nice today. Tell her you like it open/tied up/in a bun better. Or tell her you like her perfume, ask about it.

Slowly reach your hand out to her, implying you want her hand in yours. Caress it with your thumb lightly. If you feel like she's ready to kiss (if she's breathing heavy, coming closer, not talking much) give subtle hints of a kiss by looking at her lips/maybe pulling her hand towards you subtly. She'll reciprocate and come closer is she wants to kiss.

IMPORTANT- If she's not responsive like maintaining distance, looking away, constantly talking, do not go in for a kiss. Talk. About something mellow like movies or some common interest. She's not ready yet

First before anything im not saying that you should accepting being just friends at all.

Im just saying that if you think about from her perspective it goes: This guy is sweet but im just not feeling it. Nothing has really changed even though we've been on 4 dates. Maybe we didn't have as much in common as i thought, i don't really know how to talk or relate to him about this and i don't and want risk sounding awkward. I don't know if this will work, we might just be better off as friends...

All this is probably from the reasons that you mention in your original post (the description of this whole thread) and maybe a couple reasons you aren't aware of. Essentially she seemingly really willing to give it a chance, but if your awkward, she'll be more awkward. But if your confident and having the situation flow (having her flow with you).
