Great job man, I'm so jealous you got your first lay so quickly, took a lot of us hundreds of approaches to get that. This sub is very anti field report, keep posting though, you will find like minded people who truly take actions.

Thanks, I'll keep posting, I realized quite a few things while I was writing my post so it totally helps.

going out consistently and writing field report to analyze is the best way to improve.
A lot of advanced guys swears by writing field reports, that's why you have RSDJeffy who has 3000+ reports.

The only thing I can think of for that book store bit, the freezing, just immediately try to forget those girls for a few moments. Find a book, read, settle yourself. You’ll probably find them again, and you can be settled and start looking for IOIs. It is unwise to meet an opponent when you’re shaken off balance. Find your footing, and then go back in. Don’t focus on what shook you, just focus on getting unshooketh by focusing on you. The task you’re doing, and do it for a bit. You’ll calm down, and you’re back in the fight.
Excellent work with that cold approach though, i wouldn’t even say ballsy, as I used to do that, but i just haven’t done it in a while and it feels ballsy. Right level of reading the room there mate!
