I mean you’ve pointed out everything wrong with you in this post right here. You should read your own words every day and learn to catch yourself. But if you want seduction skills before you’ve achieved general social skills then I think you’re putting the cart before the horse.

1.) Put down the booze. Or just hold a drink and sip on it. I get aggressive/weird when I get drunk too so I just don’t get drunk. Smart men don’t do things that make them look stupid. And getting drunk/buzzed to talk to girls needs to stop. You’re awkward? So what. Your current approach sure as hell doesn’t work so better awkward than acting like an ass.

2.) Just stop talking. At least for now. There’s that mark Twain quote where it’s better to let people think you’re stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. If you have decent looks then just shut the fuck up and be a listener instead of a talker. Ask questions. Be humble and quiet. It doesn’t have to last forever, but first you need to just stop talking so you can find your cues when to chime in. And even then your input needs to be short.

Look, man, you are what you do. If you lie a lot you’re a liar. If you cheat a lot you’re a cheater. Before hitting on girls or becoming a social butterfly you need to be a better person, one day at a time. I didn’t get laid till I was 21. It took me learning how to just own it when someone makes fun of me and working on myself before success with women entered the picture.

The only solution to this problem is meditation.

Because meditation is effective for impulsive and narcissists. This has been scientifically proven.

In fact, you probably haven't meditated in your life. right?
