What should I do?
I don’t mind being exclusive with her or just fucking her and thats all, but I don’t want to entirely lose her. If I don’t make it more “serious” you think she will leave?

I dont think you should just make it an exlusive thing just because you want to keep her around. This could make it even worse since you seem a little more open about having more partners.

Ask her on an actual date. Something fun. A bar, Dave and Busters, a movie, bowling, just something that shows you’re interested in spending time with her more than just hanging around the house getting drunk and having sex. If all goes well you can move into something more romantic. That’s what she wants and she’s going out of her way to make you notice and want that too. So if you do, take action.
Edit: And yes, after a point if you don’t then she will feel hurt but will move on and you won’t get her back

Dude, she wants you to be exclusive. That is why she talked about the other guy. "I'll see if you're worth it" is a phrase you should remove from your vocabulary. It inherently sets the tone that you are giving more to any sexual or romantic relationship than the girl is. If you aren't ready for exclusivity some people may be cool with it, but be kind about it. Sounds like she's mad, wants to get exclusive, and is telling you that you are not her only option either.

Keep it where it is bro trust me lol. It won’t stay the same if you decide to get serious & you’ll be angry you dropped whatever other women you’re dealing with for it. You didn’t do wrong by being transparent either. I could be wrong but if getting exclusive to not lose the sx and idea of her is it then i wouldn’t advise. In my personal experience I had a child with someone i knew for 7 years. Cool girl to be around when it’s strictly good times and the sx is good but we don’t work bc her tendencies wont allow exclusivity & i made it so trying to not lose her like you.
