Ok so long story short I did a 30 day challenge (RSD 5 approaches a day for 30 days challenge) about 4 years ago. I had success, but my old limiting beliefs creeped up. I was also broke, so I focused on making money.
Now my financial situation is stable, but realized my social skills, and game has weakened a lot. So I've taken on a challenge of doing at least 1 approach a day, 7 a week. I think this is a sustainable LONG TERM amount. It's fun to do 5 a day, but hard to incorporate to your actual lifestyle.
I'm going to keep a record of these approaches on this subreddit, as most PUA/seduction forums are now long abandoned, or been shutdown.
ACTUAL REPORT:
So me and some buddies went out to a bar. These are buddies that I haven't seen in a long time.
As we were leaving I spotted a really cute girl with her 2 girl friends and 1 dude at the bar. I just went up and said "Hi" and introduced myself. I told her she looked like Lucy Liu from Charlies Angel and put out my hand to shake it.
Can't really remember what I was saying exactly, but I was just talking about random stuff that popped into my mind, just no filter. I could feel it was getting intense, she was blushing and laughing a lot; and I think her friend noticed too. Her friend screamed out "Her boyfriend is from hollywood." I just said "yea same with my boyfriend." At this point the random dude looked kinda upset, although it was clear from body language this was not the boyfriend in question. I decided to talk to him to include him in the conversation. I think I made two critical mistakes:
- When talking to the dude, I shoulda switched to a more logical frame. I was still in a having fun silly frame, and I think this actually pissed the dude off some more.
- I think I coulda actually got away with ignoring them to a degree as it was a loud bar, and just tried to go for a number close. Probably too early in the night to pull, but number closing might have worked.
At this point the two girlfriends and guy friend were not really vibing with me, so I just said it was nice to meet them and left.
Overall I'm still really happy with the approach, and I think I'll do more approaches with more people to learn how to deal with these situations.
I've also been working on my text game which I think might be useful. Some pointers my really good texting buddy gave me are:
- Send texts that are more "fun" as opposed to logical
- Keep texts "open" for the possibility of the girl to respond
- When moving to phone numbers, ask the girl to save your number as something funny like "My Prince," but that is still related to the conversation you had, nothing out of the blue.
That's all for now!
