Wow i’m a girl and this is pretty impressive. It can be applied to any one tho i think. Taking good care of yourself and not giving a fuck is actually very helpful in seduction. And he is right about the talk less stuff too. You will not say the right thing all the time so don’t talk all the time 😂 talkative men can turn women off easily. Confidence is something that will gradually come when you upgrade yourself (physically and mentally). Its all simple just guys refuse to work for it.

Did you guys had some weird conversations where girls were rude and arrogant while rejecting you?
It happened to me today, I'm kind of newbie, (2 months now). I just always say to me, she cannot reject you, she doesn't know who you are, she just rejected that very moment you gave her. That HELPS!
