Are large cities like NYC and LA the only places where its socially acceptable to be a bachelor playing the field after 30?

I wanted to know because my friends in their late 20s living in the deep south cities like Atlanta claim that they feel a social pressure to get married and have kids. Meanwhile, I am 27 and living in NYC, I see guys who are 35 regularly taking home random women and not having to worry about settling down.

It seems like there are definitely parts of the US where if you are over 35, people judge you for just swinging woman to woman and not settling down.

Are cities like NYC, Chicago, and LA the only places where this sort of lifestyle is socially accepted?
