How does he talk to and treat other women at your job?

He is a rather charismatic man. He is generally rather polite and kind towards all women. But I haven’t noticed him being as personal with other women at work like he is with me. He would ask me personal questions to try to get to know me better. But when I have seen him with coworkers, he wouldn’t ask personal questions (to my knowledge). He also wouldn’t strike up conversation so frequently with the other girls at work, they usually will approach him to ask a question. But 90% of the time, he is the one starting conversation with me. I prefer to have a passive stance in it. Meaning, I try to mind my own business but will occasionally place myself where I know he may be and he will approach me to chat.
