You may not be able to see all of her face but her eyes can tell you alot. Listen to her voice. Does she sound happy or excited talking to you? Does she sound happy or excited when you flirt or ask her what she's doing this weekend? Or does she sound annoyed? Does she give you short one word answers? Does she seem distracted or in a rush when she talks to you? Does she sit / stand close to you? When sitting are her legs angled towards you or away from you?
Body language, tone of voice and words communicate alot. You can also tell mood when looking at someone's eyes. Pay attention and these things will hint at what she's thinking / feeling.
