"Hey, how's your day going". Don't over think it, just relax and take it easy.

Throw a pokeball at her from across the hall and scream 'I CHOOSE YOUUUUU'

Man up and just go up to her.
If it helps, think of a few topics you’d want to talk about beforehand. Things like “how do you like the class”, “what do you think about the professor”, “where are you from”, etc…
I would always end with “do you want to exchange numbers to help each other with the class”. Usually works

I’ve looked at Facebook profiles from time to time. Own it. Just tell her you wanted to see if she was cool. Then find a band she likes or actor and tell her about something actual or parallel going on and end it at that. You’ll know if she bites. Don’t ask her to go unless you feel it. Just start the conversation. Then she’ll probably be comfortable with you and a week or two later see if she’ll go out.

Do you guys have assigned seating? If not, I would sit at the desk next to her if you can get it. Talk while you can and make eye contact. At the end of class tell her you hope you can talk again soon.
Next time you have class after that, try sitting down before her and see if she tries to sit by you. If so, that's probably a pretty good sign that she's interested. If she doesn't, she could still be interested, just shy.
Either way, I would try to determine a common interest and ask to get her number so you can discuss it with her.
it’s sadly assigned seating. but yeah i’ll look out for those signs
