Different things work for different people. For some it’s meditation and breath work; for others it’s more physical. For example, when sparring with a partner in bjj or boxing, if you aren’t fully present in the moment you are going to get your ass handed to you. Same with mountain biking at speed; if the mind wanders you are going to eat a tree or dirt. Do things that force you into living in the present moment, whatever works for you.

I would say analyze each approach and find out what you did wrong. Practice makes perfect. No guy has it easy with approach. That’s the truth but you’re way ahead of most men cause you’re making efforts. It’s a numbers game. Eventually you’ll get a number. Just don’t let the rejection get in your way. Good luck out there
